Orders placed by 2 PM EST are eligible for same-day shipping. All other orders ship within 1–2 business days.

Cote Azura is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If a package is returned due to incorrect information, a new shipping label will need to be purchased before re-shipment.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. We currently ship within the 50 U.S. states and do not deliver to PO Boxes.

NO REFUNDS

At Cote Azura, we pride ourselves on offering exclusive, limited-edition collections. Due to the fast-paced rotation of our inventory, we can only offer a 7-day return window for store credit.

We accept items for store credit only. We do not issue refunds or cancel orders. Once your return is processed, you will receive a unique coupon code via email that never expires and can be redeemed at checkout.

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and must include the original return form. At this time, prepaid return labels are not available. Return shipping is non-refundable.

FINAL SALE

Any sale of a gift certificate, accessories, or discounted/sale merchandise is final. Final sale items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refund.

Orders placed by 5 p.m. will be delivered on the next available delivery day if you choose delivery. Unless otherwise stated, please note that we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

When you opt for local delivery, you're choosing a personal, hands-on delivery service. We'll deliver your package directly to your specified location, and to ensure you know exactly when it's arrived, we'll take a photo as proof of delivery. Please note, once the delivery has been confirmed and documented, the safety and security of your package is out of our hands. We encourage you to choose a secure, attended location for delivery to avoid any possible issues. By selecting local delivery, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
