• You can make changes to your information or order only if the order has not been fulfilled and shipped. If a package is shipped with incorrect information, we must wait for it to be returned to us, and you will need to repurchase a new shipping label.
• Once your item has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number. Please refer to that email for tracking information.
• Currently, we only ship to the 50 states and do not ship to PO Boxes. We will notify you when we start shipping internationally.

NO REFUNDS

At Cote Azura, we pride ourselves on our dynamic selection of items. With this fast-paced rotation of inventory, we appreciate your understanding that we can only offer a 10 day return window.

We accept items for store credit only. We do not issue refunds or cancel orders.

Returns can only be made in the form of a store credit. Once the return is processed, you will receive a unique coupon code via email that does not expire. The coupon code can be redeemed at checkout.

Merchandise must be unworn with original tags attached, and must come with the original return form.

At this time, prepaid return labels are not available. Return shipping is non-refundable.

FINAL SALES

Any sale of a gift certificate, jewelry, or accessories + discounted / sale merchandise are final. Final sale items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.
